Construct: Noun
Definition: A trickster, a disreputable individual (usually with refernce to tinkers).
Use: Don't trust him, he's a knacker.
Don't trust him, he's a trickster.
Derivation: Note Irish 'Bitheamhnach' - a thief, a rascal. (Dinneen)
