LIP, TO HAVE A ... ON

Construct: Verb
Definition: To be upset, annoyed, peeved, to pout.
Use: He'll have a lip on him now that you won't give him what he wants.
He'll be annoyed now that you won't give him what he wants.
Derivation: Doubtful, but probably related to 'Lip' - pouting in annoyance.
